Zoom Free accounts have a 40-minute limit on group meetings. For unlimited meeting duration, consider upgrading to Zoom Pro.
Connecting Zoom
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Integrations
Log in to Calendar Jet and go to Settings → Integrations from the sidebar menu.
💡 You can also access this from your dashboard by clicking on your profile.
Find Zoom Integration
In the Integrations page, locate the Zoom card under "Video Conferencing" section.
💡 Look for the blue Zoom logo.
Click "Connect"
Click the "Connect Zoom" button to initiate the authorization process.
💡 A new window will open for Zoom authentication.
Authorize Calendar Jet
Sign in to your Zoom account (if not already) and click "Allow" to grant Calendar Jet permission to create meetings on your behalf.
💡 Review the permissions requested before authorizing.
Confirmation
After successful authorization, you'll be redirected back to Calendar Jet. The Zoom integration will show as "Connected".
💡 You can now create event types with Zoom meetings.

Creating Events with Zoom
Option 1: When Creating a New Event
- Go to Event Types → Create New
- Fill in your event details (name, duration, etc.)
- In the Location section, select Zoom Meeting
- Save your event type
Option 2: Updating Existing Events
- Go to Event Types
- Click on the event you want to edit
- Change the Location to Zoom Meeting
- Save changes
Option 3: Using AI Agent
Simply tell our AI Agent:
The AI will automatically set up the event with Zoom as the location.

💡 Pro Tip
You can customize these settings in your Zoom account settings. Calendar Jet will inherit your Zoom account preferences for new meetings.
Troubleshooting
Zoom integration shows "Disconnected"
Your Zoom authorization may have expired. Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Reconnect" to re-authorize.
Meeting links not being generated
Ensure Zoom is selected as the location for your event type. Check Settings → Integrations to verify Zoom is connected.
"Unable to create meeting" error
This usually means your Zoom account has restrictions. Check that your Zoom plan allows scheduling meetings and that you haven't exceeded any limits.
Meeting link not in confirmation email
The meeting is created after the booking is confirmed. Check your spam folder or wait a few moments for the email to arrive.
Wrong timezone for meetings
Update your timezone in Calendar Jet Settings → Profile. Zoom meetings will use your Calendar Jet timezone.
Removing Zoom Integration
How to Disconnect Zoom
From Calendar Jet
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Find the Zoom integration card
- Click the "Disconnect" button
- Confirm the disconnection
From Your Zoom Account (Optional)
- Visit zoom.us/profile
- Go to "Apps" or "Installed Apps"
- Find "Calendar Jet" in the list
- Click "Uninstall" or "Remove"
⚠️ What Happens When You Disconnect
- • New bookings will no longer generate Zoom links
- • Existing Zoom meetings already created will remain active
- • Event types using Zoom will need a new location selected
- • Your Zoom account data is not affected

Do I need a paid Zoom account?
No, Calendar Jet works with free Zoom accounts. However, free accounts have a 40-minute limit on group meetings (1-on-1 meetings are unlimited).
Can I use my existing Zoom account?

Will meeting links work if I'm on a different device?
Yes, Zoom meeting links work on any device. Your guests can join from desktop, mobile, or browser.

What happens to existing meetings if I disconnect Zoom?
