When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

All booking records (past and upcoming)

All conversations with the AI Agent

How to Delete Your Data
Self-Service Deletion

- 3Scroll to "Account Management"
- 4Click "Delete Account" button
- 5Type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm
- 6Data deleted immediately

For users who can't access their account
Send an email to:

Include in your email:

Google Sign-In Users
For users who signed up via Google
- β Visit your Google Account β Security β Third-party apps
- β Find "Calendar Jet" in the list of connected apps
- β Click "Remove Access" to revoke permissions
- β Then follow Method 1 or 2 above to delete your Calendar Jet data
Twitter/X Sign-In Users
For users who signed up via Twitter/X
- β Visit X.com β Settings β Security and account access β Apps
- β Find "Calendar Jet" in the list of connected apps
- β Click "Revoke access" to disconnect
- β Then follow Method 1 or 2 above to delete your Calendar Jet data

Automatic Deletion for Trial Users
If you signed up for a free trial and did not upgrade, your data will be automatically deleted:
Day 7
Trial Ends
Your 7-day free trial expires
Day 20
Warning Email
We send a warning that deletion is coming
Day 27
Data Deleted
All data permanently removed
To keep your data, upgrade to a paid plan before the 27-day mark. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
Data We Must Retain
For legal and regulatory compliance, we may retain certain data even after deletion:
Financial Records
Transaction history for tax/audit (7 years)
Legal Compliance
Data required by law (varies by jurisdiction)
Fraud Prevention
Email/IP associated with violations
Anonymized Data
Aggregated statistics with no personal identifiers
This retained data is minimal, anonymized where possible, and kept only as long as legally required.

Temporarily disable scheduling links without deleting data

Delete individual contacts, events, or chat history instead

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Bookings Cancelled
All upcoming bookings will be automatically cancelled
Links Disabled
Your scheduling links will immediately stop working
No Refunds
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable upon deletion
We recommend notifying people with upcoming bookings before deleting your account.
