We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries during night shift hours. You'll be the voice of CalendarJet, helping users resolve issues and ensuring a world-class support experience.

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to ensure grammar accuracy and response quality
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

What We're Looking For

American or British English accent (required)
Fluent English communication — written and verbal
Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality
Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for grammar and quality assurance
Ability to maintain a natural, human tone even when using AI assistance
